Sleepless nights be gone!

I have always struggled sleeping through the night and so I was excited to try these patches when a friend gave me a few to sample. After using, I had a great, restful night sleep with no grogginess the next morning. I woke up energized and ready to take on the day. I became lightly conscious only once during the night (which is no surprise since I'm a naturally anxious person) but I was able to fall back asleep quickly and naturally without having to turn on the television or read a book! I will definitely be buying more!

Great Results Over Time

Didn't see a dramatic change on night one, but after a few nights, I felt way more rested in the mornings. The combo of ingredients seems to work well for deep sleep. I just wish the the patch was scented with lavender or something but it is not a deal breaker .

Too pricey for benefit received

It worked well. I never slept through the night completely. The price is why I gave it 4 stars. Lots of excess packaging that is unnecessary and increases price. As a senior on a fixed income price is a consideration
