I didn't see the value.

Upon opening the box I found myself slightly disappointed. The dock comes with absolutely no cables. For the price I feel like it should have come with the usb/power cable. Once beyond the initial disappointment, I immediately downloaded a movie from Media Hub to watch through HDMI. I found I had rented a movie that my fiancée and I would have to watch on the Tab's tiny screen or not at all. Samsung: The least you can do is let us watch movies we got from you on your hardware. I'm not very satisfied with this product and up until now I was a die-hard for Samsung. My fiancée and I both have Galaxy S phones, I have a Tab and multiple other products. I think I may move on after this.

Docking Station - A let down.

I recently purchased the HDMI dock for my Galaxy Tab. As a charging base it is an excellent accessory. Being able to watch my content on the big screen is nice however, I can't watch any media purchased from Media Hub. This to me is a HUGE let down. Needless to say I was quite disappointed. This needs to be corrected as soon as possible.

Works well as long as you know its limitations

It works great if all you want to do is view pictures, movies, and the screen of your tablet on a tv. However it does not work with anything purchased from the Samsung media hub. It blocks all protected drm content from being displayed out. Works well though if you want to show whats on your screen or play movies you have personally loaded on your tablet. Also works great for playing music from your tablet or playing pandora.
