Large batches, small batches, or any size in between, LEM has the perfect Meat Mixer for you. Stainless Steel Meat Mixers make sausage preparation simple! Put the seasonings, water and meat into the hopper and turn the handle or attach to your LEM Big Bite Grinder (.75HP grinder or larger, motor NOT included). The Mixer can handle up to 50 pounds of meat in the hopper at one time and have it thoroughly mixed in a matter of minutes. The hopper and 4 mixing paddles are stainless steel, making them easy to clean and rust resistant. The Mixer also includes a clear, acrylic PMMa cover.
