I wasn't quite prepared for the initial "wrinkly-wavy" appearance when I unrolled it, but after 3-4 days, it's flattened down nicely. All good now!

It's just as I expected! It complements our living room decor perfectly. If your rug isn't laying flat, it's likely due to being rolled up for a while, which is typical for all rugs. Placing heavy furniture on it should help it straighten out within a week. As for the edges, you can trim off the unraveled parts, as they're excess threads from the machine
