Sisal spool

I was disappointed with this sisal spool The price was right, but the product's diameter looked smaller than the 3/8 inch available locally. The product was also darker than that found here. I purchased this product thru the Walmart Marketplace for convenience as I do not have a car. I called the merchant to learn the return address so I could ship them back. The merchant supplied me that information over the phone and processed my refund very quickly. They also apologized that their product had not satisfied my needs. The product was a disappointment, but the merchants were gracious and woonderful

I bought the 1/2 sisal

to repair a cat scratcher. My closest several walmarts didn't carry it so I ended up having to go to a farther away one. They had the 3/8 but when I compared it to the 1/2, I went with the 1/2 inch. I think it was $5 or something.
