CA7351 filter inside the TGA7351 box

What in the box is CA7351 (non-oiled plain white color filter) and NOT TGA7351 (oiled) . Later, I found other customer has already posted the same review, And, apparently the corrective actions promised by FRAM (from seller feedback) was not implemented. Since I need to replace the filter right away, I decided not to go through the return/refund process.

Don't Do It

I too got suckered by Fram and/or Walmart. Can't say I wasn't warned...but got an ordinary filter in a ToughGuard box. Beware.
