All you need for cold relief. The water-bottled frozen ice reservoir IS COLLAPSABLE. Big plus. It wasn't clear to me when I ordered. I took a chance the cooled wrap can also go behind the back and several configurations. Highly recommend this after knee surgery. You don't need to spend more on one!

This worked great after my knee surgery, and I am happy with my purchase. It's so much better than ice packs and keeps the water cold and flowing for hours. The timer with flow controls is a nice feature. The bag that holds the ice and water is a little heavy and “floppy” if you have to carry or move it, though, so you have to be careful and not fill it too full. You should also keep the cord tucked out of the way to avoid tripping. I rotated 4 frozen water bottles at a time (along with 1/2 container of purified water, which can be re-used), and it worked perfect.
