I am really glad to get this mini trampoline so far so good. I am jumping on it every day for about 10-15 min for a health problem. Every time when I jump on this mini trampoline it changes my mood for the batter. It really gives you positive energy. I have so far no problem with this item but one thing that the holder kind moves when you give pressure during jumping. However really glad to get it, great for my kids and me.

I'm so happy with my mini trampoline. I had a total knee replacement so I needed to build up leg /knee muscles for proper balance. Sometimes it's difficult to walk outside. Having a mini trampoline inside to rehab my knee is perfect. My kids also love it! This trampoline is 40 inches and has a weight capacity of 330 pounds. I like that it has a rail in the front so I can hold on for stability. I can bounce while I'm watching tv. A great feature is that the rail comes off easily and the trampoline folds in half for easy storage. I keep it under the bed and out of the way. This trampoline is great for adults and kids to exercise.

its a nice size and comes with the handle if you need it. unfortunately I hurt my ankle so I haven't been able to use it much but from what I did it was pretty good. you can feel the workout if your on it for at least 10 minutes. these little trampolines (by all means its not a tiny one you have plenty of room on it) are very in for exercising. right now my dogs think its a nice comfy raised dog bed which I guess it could be used for that as well...lol
