This is the one, unless you like more noise and less safety with a metal pieces. This offers enough bounce for what I use it for, bone strengthening and fascia work. Visit the Human Garage on YouTube and hop into a new life! This is great. I live on the third floor of an apt building and no complaints. Folds easy. The round spring ones are very hard to put together, one person needs to have the strength to set a bear trap and a little luck. Sent one back and got this, although I hesitated because of the stretch material for bounce, it is perfect and super durable. The rod with a handle bar is great. I march and bounce and will not be doing any flips but if I could still, I would!
