Instructions
Hold the handle firmly between thumb and forefinger. Gently guide the taut floss segment between two teeth using a sawing motion—avoid snapping into gums. Curve floss into a C-shape against one tooth’s side. Slide up-down from gumline to crown 5-6 times, applying light pressure to scrape plaque. Uncurve and repeat on adjacent tooth’s side. Withdraw floss horizontally. Rotate stick’s barrel to access fresh floss segment. Progress systematically: upper left to right, then lower right to left. Discard after full-mouth use. For tight gaps, use waxed floss; for braces, thread floss under wires. Floss once daily, preferably pre-bedtime. If gums bleed initially, persist gently—bleeding should subside within 1-2 weeks. Never reuse sticks. Dispose in trash; do not flush. Store unused sticks in a dry container. Seek dental advice if persistent pain occurs during flossing.
