MOOG RK80394 Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly

The reason this item gets 3 out of 5 stars is this . And it's sort of a big deal , but perhaps not to some . I'm replacing the front end on a 2002 crown Victoria . I ordered most of the parts from rock auto… somehow I forgot to order the drivers side lower control arm…. Many distributors associated with rock auto will not be carrying moog going foward for this vehicle so … they had most of the parts at least 50% off some even 70%…. Pretty much the only reason I bought it all there . Well Walmart had the drivers side control arm from moog for 75 bucks shipped free . Rock auto it was 100 bucks plus 22 dollars shipping , and an additional day of shipping…. The issue is the arm from Walmart does not have moog “problem solver series” components on the arm . Nor the ball joint or bushings are from that line. So the lower ball joint isn't serviceable …. Every component I've replaced on the suspension has been with moog problem solver and is serviceable ….at the end of the day… I got a control arm in 3 days for 75 bucks … but to be honest , had I knows it didn't come with the serviceable ball joint I would have bought it elsewhere . No big deal though …. I'm going to use it regardless. Just wanted folks to know , they may want to ask questions if they desire the serviceable ball joint because the part number is the same regardless
