PACKAGING......Stamps came in an 15 x 15 "Oversized" Extremely LARGE ENVELOPE. POSTAGE STAMPS( qUANTITY - 1 ORDER - WERE IN A SMALL CELEPHANE POUCH inside of the envelope. You could not "FEEL or have any idea where the Stamps were (Top, Left, Right, Bottom, Middle). UPON CUTTING THE END OF THE ENVELOPE TO RETRIEVE THE STAMPS; IT TURNED OUT THAT 3 (THREE) of the STAMPS were cut IN HALF!!
