Used and heavy to lift

The company sent a used item and not a new one. Canvas looks like there are some spots on it. Very disappointing I didn't get a new product. Not as easy to put together as advertised. Also very heavy to carry. Was partially put together - round disc were already in place on the frames. Instructions show all parts separated. Which also shows why it was previously used and returned. Previous person didn't take it completely a part. A lot of money for a used product.
