Read the size ☺️ I deliberately ordered this fan super tiny. It's perfect for the shelf on my stove to blow on me while I'm cooking. It has a low speed in a high speed and it oscillates, but you can't move the fan up and down. I really love it and it's working great.

it's a great little fan for what it is

it's hard to comment on power level from this thing cuz I have no idea what kind of current the motor is pulling but it's a very small motor but the little fan actually puts out at a reasonable amount of air no bigger than it is it says 4 in I was thinking that the fan blades themselves will be 4 in this is not a 4-in fan it's Dan's 4 in tall but the shroud around the blades is nowhere close to being 4 in in diameter that said you can't tilt this up or down which is fine it's for what it is it's tiny and this will work great to sit on my computer desk next to my computer and have this blowing across the keyboard if I it's been too long gaming.
