ANNIE’S WAY IN 9 MINUTESBOIL: 6 cups water in a medium saucepan.STIR IN: pasta, bring to boil. Cook 7-9 minutes, or until done, stirring occasionally.DRAIN PASTA: in colander. While pasta is draining…ADD: 3 Tbsp lowfat milk to the warm saucepan. (OPTIONAL: Add 2 Tbsp unsalted butter for richer flavor)SPRINKLE: cheese over milk; stir to combine.ADD: cooked pasta back to saucepan and stir well. ENJOY!Annie’s Suggestions:For a RICHER flavor, add 2 tablespoons unsalted butter.For a CREAMY, TANGY version, replace milk with 1/2 cup lowfat yogurt.

Great tasting gluten free mac n cheese

when a parent receives the diagnosis of their child having Celiac Disease, it gets to be overwhelming and kinda scary. I have been a customer for years buying this mac n cheese because it's gluten free and it tastes good, my children love the taste and so do I. You can't even tell that it's gluten free. I think the only thing I would fix is that the noodles don't have a little baggy or pouch they come in. I'm just thankful I haven't found any bugs in the boxes.
