So these are my all time favorites however the last three jars I've purchased at different times, the pickles have had slimish stuff on them, very floppy and no crunch to them at all. I've throw all three jars away and couldn't enjoy eating them because of these issues. I also want to address the price: yes I know everything is going up but these amazing pickles have jumped up so high I was able to buy them for less than 4.00' and now they have sky rockets to over 7 dollars a jar. I love them but I can't afford them now. Thank you for your time and also allowing to do a review on these. Krista

These are the best deli style kosher dill pickles one can get without actually going to a kosher deli. The flavor is just right unlike other more common brands. Crunchiness is just right. Packed with an excellent dill flavor. Wonderful. Delicious on their own, a burger/sandwich, or along with a meal.

If you are looking for that perfect, deli-style crunch, stop looking. Claussen Kosher Dill Spears are in the refrigerated section for a reason—they aren't boiled or shelf-stable, so they actually stay crisp and fresh. Once you switch to these, the warm, mushy pickles on the grocery shelf just won't cut it anymore.
