I've eaten daring products many times before. I used these in a vegan pot pie. I did not microwave them. I seasoned and sauteed them and set aside til they were mixed into the pot pie at the end, before going into the oven. I can't speak for how they would be microwaved; I'd imagine… soft haha Overall, I'm happy about this product because it saved me so much time in prep! I tried to buy 6 more but they were sold out!
