Lovely solid shelf and easy to put together

Beautiful shelf… directions were so easy to follow. The drawers were kind of hard to put in at first but if you take your time, they go in smoothly. For the price, this shelf has so much to offer and can hold a lot of books, decorations and items. The drawers are nice to have as well.. just haven't decided what to put in them yet!

Sturdy, attractive, and not too heavy

This shelf unit is really sturdy; the design of the display shelves and the use of metal supports on the sides works very well. The drawers are also pretty sturdy and open/close smoothly and stay closed firmly; I wouldn't put anything seriously heavy in them, but they are not the "cloth drawers" that many similar-style cabinets have that. It is also very attractive. I think the pictures of the item were a very good representation of the brightness and color. It looks in my home like I envisioned that it was based on the images and product description. I also appreciate that the wooden pieces are finished on all sides. So, if you saw the underside or backside of a shelf, it looks good too!
