Money saver

Bought this key at Walmart. They cut and programmed the key (you have to already have a working key for your vehicle for them to duplicate) and it worked in my ignition and my door. Saved me nearly $100 by not having to go to Toyota dealer for a spare key. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes with my spare key. THANKS WALMART!!!!!!!!!!!

Verified Purchase

It's Just Another Key For A '08 Toyota 4Runner LTD

The picture of the transponder keys in the automotive section of Walmart showed they also had a door-opening button. This key doesn't, although it does have a programmable security chip in it, which they programmed. There's nothing on my fully-loaded 2008 Toyota 4Runner that needs a key with a security chip, so I could have easily had an extra key made for $2 instead of the $60 I spent on this key.
