Love this mix as a healthy alternative

Great taste, easy to prepare. My only critique is the quantity it actually makes. It takes quite a bit of batter to make 3 pancakes. I do like that it's nut allergen friendly given the protein component.

HomeTown food company located out of Chicago IL sent me two packages of Birch Benders Complete pancake and waffle mix. I order them 02/04/2026 they expired one October 12, 2025 and the other package December 27, 2025. They also ship for Pillsbury, Martha White, Hungry Jack, Arrow Head and many many others. I am so disappointed. You can't tell me that they did not know these two sacks were way past shelf date.
