Primary Feedback: A1 Customer Service- The first time I messaged Vivo, I inquired about the anticipated shipping time because I was so anxious, and they (Liz M.) replied within 2 hours. I received the order sooner than I expected but the column, “adjustable neck” was defective. They responded promptly and kept me up to date along the way with no problems. The replacement part was sent out right away, no fuss, no hassle, and I didn't have to worry about shipping the defective part back. Customer Service is integral for me, and they exceeded with flying stars. Overall, top of the line customer service, affordable pricing, innovative features, modern aesthetics, quality design and materials. Love this product and I will follow up with some of their attachment pieces. I highly recommend!

Great compact standup for working from home.
This has been an excellent choice for working from home from a small space. I added Vivo's monitor and laptop stand for great flexibility, and a cheap cord basket to keep things tidy. It is very clean and compact and the quality seems good. I think it is worth being attentive when following the very clear instructions and getting the right tension on the screws to avoid rocking. I went back and tightened things a few times. It is very easy to use and now a self contained flexible workstation anyone in the family can use. All in a 2X3 ft space.

Like a kid at Christmas. I put this together the same day I received it, not hard at all. It was easy to save the presets for sitting and standing. I am glad I purchased the desk versus the other one I was considering. Only thing I would change is having the ability to store the keyboard tray under the desk, but thanks to the design it can be easily removed. I might test to see if there is room under the desk to connect it backwards when not in use.
