This blanket has been a life-saver for me. I'm in menopause and I've been struggling with feeling overheated for hours at a time at night. It got so bad that I started having "fever" dreams and waking up panting and sweating and being unable to fall back to sleep. I'm someone that needs a little bit of weight on me to be able to sleep, so thin blankets do not work. I also like to cocoon up to my neck and I was unable to do that, either. So my sleep went out the window.This blanket is cool to the touch and very soft and silky. Like sleeping in a cloud. When I move my leg under the blanket I get these wonderful little pockets of coolness. And I'm able to snuggle up to my neck now...at least for longer periods than I could before.My husband got jealous when he felt the fabric (he is hot natured), and now I got him one for an early Father's Day gift. We're both loving it!
