too short for anyone and a crappy ladder

i wish it was at least 6" taller, it's literally waist tall... advertised as having a hangout spot under the bed but it's actually super short... nobody over the age of 3 is going to fit under it. and the ladder... tiny little rods that are going to hurt every time they're stepped on! how about some real steps? totally unsafe and painful.
