My 5 year old is taking these at her pediatrician's recommendation after needing antibiotics; she easily takes the 2 ml dose. She says the taste isn't great, but she doesn't make a sour face or give any trouble taking it. She looks forward to her daily dose. It can take a couple of tries to get the dropper to draw a full ml from the bottle, but it's not annoying enough to remove a star from the rating.
