Good but expensive
We have used egg white protein off and on for years. We put it in coffee and yogurt to up our protein during the day. I have also used it in shakes. This chocolate flavored protein from Jay Robb is good, but his stuff is always so expensive. Even on his own website, the stuff is pricey.
