I had originally ordered the Warming version. which I like. too, but I decided to try the Cooling version since that bottle was nearing empty and this is the one originally intended for women, which I hadn't realized. I still like both, but I think the Cooling version stimulates a tad quicker and seems to bring the O quicker, so the cooling effect causes a sensation more beneficial for my needs. Note that I have a TBI and have to take a lot of medication, both of which took away a lot of sensation, and the longer I've been on the meds (years now), the less sensitive I've become, so if it helps me, I can't imagine it not helping another female. We're all different, though, so I hope this helps. I've used this brand solo only, but when I was in a relationship, he liked both versions of the K* warming/cooling duo, but that one makes a mess! You'll have to scroll down to read the ingredients because I can't even read them on the bottle with a magnifying glass! I can tell you that it's water-based, so it isn't thin like the K* that's as runny as baby oil and makes a mess. It isn't like a gel either. It's an opaque thin lotion-like texture that will still run a little, depending on what amount you squeeze out, but not at all like oil does. I recommend it compared to any other I've used that Amazon still sells.
