Has zero carbs, zero sugar, zero added sugar. Taste differs slightly from traditional mayonnaise . Has avocado oil as fat which has a neutral taste unlike the distinctive olive oil taste of would not use . I use it for chicken, egg, and tuna salads. Ingredients: Avocado Oil, Filtered Water, Egg Yolks, Organic Whole Eggs, Organic Distilled White Vinegar, Organic Mustard (Distilled Organic Vinegar, Water, Organic Mustard Seed, Salt, Organic Spices), Salt, Organic Rosemary Extract.

If you're looking for better quality ingredients and good quality taste, this is the one. Texture is nothing out of the norm than expected, but taste is beyond expectation. It's got a great twang that make great sauces and does great on sandwiches. I won't buy anything else, even at current prices

Avocado mayo is a KEEPER in my pantry!

I love that I have finally found a good option for mayonnaise! Ive been searching for an avocado based mayo and here it is! This mayo is creamy, it's in a jar( which I love), and it tastes like the leading brands! I use this on many things. For the price, it's worth it. Depending on how much I use it, it can last at least 2 weeks!
