Nice product and good spiciness

I needed horseradish to prepare homemade cocktail sauce. I chose the Silver Spring brand because it has the best and most straightforward ingredients list compared with other available horseradish. The price was reasonable, too. It tastes good and made delicious cocktail sauce.

Horseradish at it's best

We used this for a Russian dressing recipe and it was excellent. A friend used horseradish on a roast beef cooked on top. So we took some of this and placed it on part of our roast before cooking. It was outstanding. It was not hot but the flavor was great.

Silver Spring horseradish has the perfect tang.

Silver Spring horseradish is wonderful. It has exactly the right amount of tang that leaves that hint of a burn on your tongue. In creamy horseradish sauce it's terrific for the same reasons it makes a great horseradish. It still has that tang from the mayo and sour cream calm that burn but the horseradish taste still comes through. I wouldn't use any other brand.
