excellent blend of spices, great fragrance, very aromatic. my first dish was some breaded fried chicken breast and I literally seasoned the flour. the spice blend. highly recommended, except for the grinder, it's a little difficult to turn so far folks with arthritis or hand strength issues. issues you may have a little difficulty, but it's definitely a worthwhile spice to buy. it's a side note, the lower amount of black pepper in the spice mix was met with great enthusiasm by my wife who is bothered by pepper.
