Just for reference I'm 5'3" 120 lbs and wear a xsmall or small normally. I got a small in this dress and it fits perfectly. I have kinda a straght frame and the elastic in the waist give the appearance of more of an hourglass shape. I truly think it would look good on so many body types. I highly recommend.
