Thin, cheaply made, and XXXS too small!

These waterproof men's pants run way too small ×3. I purposefully bought two sizes larger than normal, and they're still too small. China seller's need to calculate their measurements in US inches. A man that wears a pants size 38×32 should order men's XL. I ordered XXXL, and the pants that arrived measured 29w × 30l.
