After my husband spent all day putting this “cabinet” together it was NOT the item we ordered! After calling Walmart (where we ordered it from) they would refund my money but had no response about the time my husband spent putting the thing together! Very frustrating!

Chest of drawers MZG-6C-531N Defective

I have sent several pictures, and given all information to the manufacturer as requested in hopes they could help me fix their defective chest of drawers. The drawers don't go on properly and are crooked. The product came with the drawer hardware already attached by the manufacturer. Every time I contact the seller they come back with excuses and ask more questions as like delivery dates, tracking numbers etc. they can't help me fix their own product. I can't return it because I don't have any of the packaging. And it is already assembled except for the drawers not fitting in the product.I followed all the procedures of trying to get this product fixed but now it is becoming a hassle. Now I want a full refund and I have been a Walmart plus customer for years and I just can't deal with the manufacture any longer. Thank you
