Terrible Walmart Customer Service
The Item works amazingly. Unfortunately, I received a defective device when I purchased 2 of them. I've been back and forth with Walmart regard my refund however Walmart has been giving me the run around and isn't updating my refund. I have been requesting a refund for a month and I keep being told to wait 48hrs. When I call back Walmart customer service has no record of my previous conversation. FedEx will not accept the package. I took it to multiple locations and I was turned away because the battery is considered hazardous. I want my refund issued ASAP. I will return the device to a Walmart location and let you take care of the return on your end. You are a major corporation that can afford to lose some money, but I cannot.

My wife and I just took our new Goal Zero out for a 4 day off grid camping trip. It worked great. I have to use a CPAP and it never went below 63%. We hooked the solar up and on a cloudy day we got it back to 91% charged. We have a overland teardrop camper. And we used it for everything except our ARB fridge/freezer. If you like to take your rig off the beaten path this is a great investment.

I have quite a few goal zero products now, and this power station is no different. Fantastic quality and impressive performance. This unit is big, but surprisingly light and packs a lot of punch. Runs my skylight forever and my projector and starlink for longer than I can use it during the weekend, even more so with some solar input. Would recommend 300-600W of solar if you're power hungry while off grid. A+
