Your Lava Lamp is warranted by Lifespan Brands LLC against defects in workmanship or materials for 90 days from the date of purchase. Within the 90 day warranty period, if for any reason (other than a burned-out bulb or misuse) your Lava lamp does not run properly, then return the part to your retailer. It is not possible to buy replacement fluids for the Lava lamp. If you have a defective lamp, you can order replacement globes through Consumer Relations at 630-315-3300 or email at infomaster@lavalite.com. Please include the model number, color and style of your lamp. A receipt or proof of purchase may be required before replacement is authorized. LIFESPAN BRANDS LLC SHALL IN NO EVENT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE OR AMOUNT. I bought this for my ten year old. It looks good and works fine. My only complaint about this product is it takes 3 hours for the "lava" to heat up enough to do its thing. Other than that it works fine and my son likes watching the motion of the "lava bubbles" as he falls asleep.

This one was not as cloudy as the others... I think the shipping process does not work well for Lava Lamps...the ones I got from the store are great, unfortunately the stores don't carry all the sizes and colors. I would highly recommend buying from the store.

Can't complain about the price. Get what you pay for... Very cloudy from the moment you turn it on and small bits of "lava" do get stuck to the glass. If you're looking for something to decorate a large living space I would suggest you look elsewhere, but if it's for a child or cheap decor for a cave of sorts, dive right in.
