We have comprehensively upgraded our products in response to past feedback regarding air leakage. We have upgraded our mattresses with reinforced seams and thicker PVC material in all units made since October 2025 for superior leak resistance. For best results, inflate fully and let settle for 2-4 hours before first use.
Q2: Why does my air mattress seem to lose firmness overnight?
The PVC material naturaly stretches and expands with use. We suggest inflating the mattress completely, then defating it once. This process allows the PVC to fully stretch, helping the mattress maintain its firmness throughout the night.
Q3: How do I use the repair tool to fix a leak?
1. Prepare: Find the leak, scrape off all the surface pile around it, and clean it.
2. Patch: Apply glue to both the area and the patch. Wait 1-2 minutes until tacky, then press the patch on firmly.
3. Cure: Place a heavy object on top and let it sit for at least 6 hours before inflating.

Just inflated the mattress, and that went ok. However, the size is more like a full. The measurements they give are definitely optimistic as I found it didn't inflate to the size they listed. If you're expecting a true queen size bed, this isn't it. It inflates to a full size at best. Other than that, it seems to be of good quality so far. Time will tell.
