Buzzer

I use this product in my classroom to do trivia to review for tests and quizzes. I had no issues, but then the pink buzzer broke. I replaced the batteries, and it still does not work. Is there any way to get a replacement buzzer?

I like it!

I bought this Eggspert 4 years ago with the intention of using it for review sessions in my class. I am a science high school teacher and my students liked it! They enjoyed the review time more! The reason why I gave 4 star was because my purple buzzer stopped working after several uses and I bought the 6-pods replacement and happened the same thing. This year, I decided to contact the customer service and tell them the condition of my purple buzzer. They sent me a replacement right away even I bought it several years ago! Thank you! Nice customer service.

Love this for my classroom!

I loved this product when I got it! However, it only worked for a very short time. I cannot get the buzzers to work or the remote. The light constantly stays on in the remote. I wish it were more durable. I used this for older children and they were not misused because we only had them for a short time.
