Once again a problem with a shipped item.

I placed an order for 45mm doll joints and received the wrong item; in checking on line I found that this must have been some random item the seller had as there where no other crafts items listed for sale. This has happened on more than one occasion when ordering an item that needs shipping. I have returned the item to Walmart, now waiting for refund.(please note refunds have never been an issue as I have always received my money back!)
