[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this! The lemon chamomile flavor is super calming. Just the right balance of citrus and floral without tasting artificial. I've been drinking it before bed and it really helps me relax and sleep better. So easy to mix and a nice way to end the day!

Yummy hot or cold!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OK, this product actually worked and was delicious! I take magnesium every night and pill farm so I was excited that I received this product free for testing purposes. It is a bit pricey, but for good quality ingredients and vitamins I can justify the purchase in the future. My husband and I enjoyed it warm and cold! Taste like iced tea and lemonade mixed! Super refreshing and helped us drift into sleep

Wake up feeling refreshed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always have a hard time sleeping and every day I wake up feeling very groggy and just not feeling well rested. I've been drinking this for 8 days now and I can definitely tell a difference. I drink it around 9pm and usually will fall asleep around 10:30-11pm. Before trying these I would stay up till the am just not able to find sleep. Not only does it help me fall asleep but I feel better in the morning. It isn't as hard to get out of bed, and I find myself not needing as much coffee or energy drinks. Another plus is the taste, I love lemon favors things and this is excellent. I definitely recommend! I've already purchased my second box of stick packs.
