Tough to Assemble and Safety Concerns

This cage is exceptionally large and nice looking. HOWEVER..... assembly of this thing is extremely difficult with about 100 or so screws and cheap wood. Assembly of this cage is complicated due to screws needing to be screwed into cheap wood without predrilled holes. This causes the screws to not go in straight and warp through the wood. The inserts that come with this cage are nice in theory but are not safe. With the excessive amount of screws and given the fact that hamsters chew on everything, after just a couple days our little fancy bear girl had chewed through the wood and exposed a screw. I have since removed the tunnel inserts of this cage due to concern for our hamsters safety. I do not really recommend this due to the complexity to assemble and safety concerns after assembling.
