What is this?

How to use it?

1. When install on wood, simply tighten the screw with a drill or screwdriver into planks;

2. When install on concrete/brick walls, drill a 6mm/0.24" hole first, put the plastic tube into the hole, then tighten the screw into the plastic tube. (Screws & Plastic expansion tubes are included here)
