Rothco Rain Jacket

I ordered a medium and at first it seemed larger than I expected and sleeves hung a bit low, but the sleeves have the Velcro tabs, so that helps. I like the pockets which are open on the sides for your hands, but also have snaps on the top flaps, which keeps things dry. Overall a good value and seems well made. Perfect for what I needed during a particular wet spring season.

It looks nice, but I could not have a chance to try since I discovered a torn on the right side of the hood. This item will be returned for a refund.
