Cooking Instructions: 1. In a large pot, bring 8 cups of water to a rolling boil. Add 1 tbsp of salt to boiling water (optional). 2. Add pasta, cook uncovered to desired tenderness about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Strain pasta, rinse well, serve and enjoy! Keep ini a cool, dry place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was tasty! I only eat gluten a couple of times a month, so I actively look for gluten-free options. It was made with lentil, pea, and cauliflower - all ingredients that are naturally grain-free. The texture was spot on; not too mushy or too dry. The flavors were balanced, too. This pasta is a great choice if you're looking for something healthy and delicious that can be whipped up quickly. It was filling even though it is gluten free and contains no refined sugar. I highly recommend for a healthy meal.
