I ordered a few hats from Walmart. The cowboy hat came protected very well from crushing weight. I had to return most of the other hats that were spring/summer hats. and also the felt hats. The hats were all shipped without protection, in just a plain plastic bag, not even bubble wrapped! A 10 year old child would know that if you put a soft hat,like straw or felt hats, in a plastic bag (with no support or protection) the hat will be crushed under lhe weight of other goods being shipped. These hats will not be purchased by someone wanting to WEAR THE HAT IN PUBLIC. They were smashed, %26 twisted by the shipper in order to force the hats into a bag. If you want a winter knit hat, by all means order a hat from Walmart! A felt or straw hat will be shipped in a terrible condition, one beyond repair. You w I ll be waisting your time!
