I wasn't expecting much with these shoes. However I was pleasantly surprised that my neuropathy did well with these. I bought a full size larger and they fit great. Plenty of room for toes and whatever insert you like. The instep is comfortable and tongue area is gentle on sensitive spots. Getting a second pair for myself and another for a relative. A very good shoe for the money.

I needed a shoe that I could wear to work that gave me a bit more toe room as I am on my feet for 9 hours a day! I was getting a lot of toe irritation %26 pain from them being squished together %26 just normal swelling from being on my feet so much, even though I have thin feet %26 am a small lady. These have amazing space for the toes to spread in a healthy way, are really well made %26 have a nice look!!! I think they may run a 1/2 size larger but that may not be the case for all sizes/feet. I would order again!!!
