I bought this to use it on my BWM 325it E39 wagon equipped with the sports package with air suspension, which makes the vehicle to ground clearance to be very low. A regular jack does not fit at all. This one does the job very easily. It is powerful enough to lift my vehicle to the required height to change a tire/wheel. I absolutely recommend this jack if you have a low clearance sports vehicle such as a BMW.
