Fantastic customer service. I did not see the assembly sheet since it is packaged with one of the cushions. I also did not catch there is a lever to lock the back from reclining when sitting upright at your computer or desk. I find it very comfortable and looks nice. I am not sure of the material used if it is real or faux leather, I hope it does not peel! Since it is new, it looks and feels luxurious. I am only 5'2" and the chair cushions and supports my my head nicely, I'm not sure if a tall person would be as happy as I am with the size.

Arm rest sucks.
This chair looks like a solid, durable, well constructed unit. The pu leather looks amazingly good and just as real as in my new car. I was expecting the pu to be that 1970's cheap, flaking plastic leather (pleather) but far from that, it's impressive. I am 6'1” 190lbs. I think it should be mandatory that EVERYONE who reviews a chair include their weight and height. That said, there is more than needed width, you won't feel cramped/crammed in. At the 90° position there isn't any head support, the top of the back rest reaches just the top of the nape of my neck. However, as the back is reclined the full back of my head is fully supported. I wish that the head rest was more protruding like a pillow. The seat cushion feels firm but comfortable. I'll take the footrest over no footrest but like all the chairs like this the footrest is going to be meh for anyone 6' tall. My only gripe is the padding in the armrests, it should be firmer, almost bottoms out, and I am a slender build. For the money and for a shorter person not a bad buy.
