Makes the best garlic bread!!

This works amazingly for roasting garlic bulbs and onion. Add a smidgen of olive oil and bake. I like to do roasted garlic and onion to make cheese bread. Having chunks of both and cheese on top, roast it and goodness, you have a perfect compliment to a glass of wine. Yummy!!
