This is a 'liter' version of our popular Zinc Therapy Soap—because less is sometimes more. Some folks are sensitive to Pyrithione Zinc and cannot tolerate the 2% maximum strength. Long term maintenance regimes respond well to 1%. There are many conditions that behave well with a 1% zinc concentration. You should not assume that 2% is the 'correct' strength. Pyrithione zinc from 0.95% to 2% is approved by the FDA to treat seborrheic dermatitis (SD) and Dandruff when formulated to be applied and then washed off after brief exposure.
