Never received the item!

I never received the item. Customer Service said it probably got stolen when it got delivered at my house. So I guess it's just my loss. They sent me a certificate of delivery as proof of delivery, but who does that? That's from 100 years ago. These days you'll need to send a picture that it got delivered at the front door. You need to catch up and stop sending certificates as proof of delivery — those do not work!

I would recommend the product but not the seller. This an original TJ tote bags. Reason for the poor review is because of the seller. Advertising as 6pcs but actually will only receive 2pc. And of course it's overpriced. What a scam!
