The picture doesn't do the rug justice.

This is a very modern looking, pretty rug. I just brought it home from the store and am very happy with the look of the rug. It has almost confetti looking tiny squares attached to some of the ends of the yarn. This silver rug is really a mixture of black, silver and white fine thread yarn. It is very thick so you can't see the backing if you try to make a "part" in the rug. It also has a very soft feel. I'm updating my teen daughter's room, and she is very pleased with our purchase. I can't comment on the durability yet, but I expect that it will hold up in my daughter's bedroom just fine.
