if you break it off and put it in your coffee and small pieces, it tastes really good, but it's like eating semi chocolate that has no sweet taste. remember the days of sneaking into the cupboard thinking that you're going to get some chocolate on Grandma's chocolate chips, and find out that they didn't taste that good. this is exactly what it taste like. It is very good for you to eat this stuff, you just got to be real conservative and use some keto stuff to sweeten it

Good for a sugar craving

This chocolate bar is great when doing KETO. 2-1/2 servings per bar, 4 pieces in a serving and has 8 gm. carbs., 5 gm. fiber, and 1 gm. sugar, It helps when a sugar craving hits you. My son loves this bar.
